一定要是「工作因素」受傷才能請領傷病給付嗎?非因工作發生「傷害」或「疾病」住院診療,可以申請「普通傷病給付」喔!
📍勞保普通傷病給付申請條件
1. 參加勞保期間因普通傷病住院診療 (或於加保期間發生傷病,於退保後1年內因同一傷病住院診療)
2. 住院診療日數達4日(含)以上
3. 住院診療期間未取得原有薪資
🔹同時符合上述三個條件,自住院不能工作的第4日起至出院日止,可向勞保局申請普通傷病給付。但門診或在家療養期間不在給付範圍喔!

Are claims for the injury or sickness benefits only applicable for injuries resulting from work?
If you suffer from "injury" or "illness" unrelated to work and require hospitalization for treatment, you can apply for "ordinary injury or sickness benefits."
📍Conditions for applying for Labor Insurance injury or sickness benefits:
1. Hospitalization for treatment of ordinary injury or sickness during the labor insurance coverage period (or hospitalization within one year after the insurance coverage ends for the same injury/sickness that occurred during the insured period).
2. Hospitalization for at least 4 days or more.
3. The original salary or income during the hospitalization period is not received.
🔹If you meet all three conditions mentioned above, you can apply for ordinary injury or sickness benefits from the BLI. The benefits shall be paid since the 4th day of hospitalization to the day of discharge which you cannot work. However, outpatient or home treatment periods are not covered by this benefit.
