勞保局提供多元查詢管道，民眾可透過勞保局e化服務系統(以行動電話認證、自然人憑證、虛擬勞保憑證、行動自然人憑證、金融電子憑證等方式登入)、勞動保障卡、郵政金融卡、臨櫃等管道查詢勞工退休金個人專戶。

How to inquire the current balance in your individual pension account?

BLI provides diversified and convenient channels to check contribution situation of individual account. You may access the BLI’s e-service system through different mechanisms such as “Mobile Phone Authentication”, “Citizen Digital Certificate”, “Virtual Labor Insurance Certificate”, “Mobile Citizen Digital Certificate” and “Financial Electronic Certificate”. Alternatively, they may send enquiries through the ATMs of issuing banks or websites, using the “Labor Protection Card”, or through the ATMs of Post Office using the “Chunghwa Post ATM Card”. The BLI also welcomes the workers to contact by over-the-counter.
