因應明(114)年1月1日最低工資調整為28,590元將配合同步修正

因應明(114)年1月1日最低工資調整為28,590元，「勞工保險投保薪資分級表」、「勞工職業災害保險投保薪資分級表」及「勞工退休金月提繳分級表」配合同步修正。

原適用投保薪資(提繳工資)27,470元及27,600元的全職勞工，勞保局將主動辦理投保薪資(提繳工資)逕調作業，於明年1月1日起調整為28,590元，投保(提繳)單位毋須另行申報。

相關逕調事項，將於113年11月份繳款單(同年12月25日前寄發)背面印製通函周知投保(提繳)單位，並於e化服務系統公告。

為利投保(提繳)單位辦理明年度保險費扣繳及勞工退休金提繳事宜，114年適用之勞保及災保「投保薪資分級表」、「保險費分擔金額表」及勞退「月提繳分級表」，已放置於勞保局全球資訊網，民眾亦可透過個人保險費試算系統試算，歡迎多加利用！

Effective January 1, 2025, the minimum wage shall be adjusted upward to NTD 28,590. The“Table of Grades of Labor Insurance Salary”,“Insured Salary Category Chart of Labor Occupational Accident Insurance”and“Monthly Contribution Classification of Labor Pension”have been amended accordingly. The BLI will make proactive adjustments for the insured workers whose insurance salary of the labor/employment insurance or contribution wage of the labor pension fall on the level of NTD27,470 & NTD27,600. With effect from January 1, 2025, the amount shall be adjusted to NTD28,590. The insured (contributing) units are unnecessary to file separate applications.
