國民年金生育給付❤️攜手守護母親與新生兒

衛生福利部於113年4月15日釋示放寬國保被保險人在加保有效期間懷孕，於國保退保後1年內，因同一懷孕事故而分娩或早產，且未領取其他社會保險生育給付者，亦得依規定請領生育給付。

給付金額按被保險人分娩或早產當時之月投保金額，一次發給2個月生育給付；分娩或早產為雙生以上者，按比例增給。

📣提醒您：生育給付有請求權時效，從被保險人分娩或早產次日起算，必須在5年內提出申請喔!

National Pension Maternity Payments❤️ Protecting both Mothers and Newborns

Ministry of Health and Welfare eased the prescribed coverage in its interpretative letter dated April 15, 2024 for citizens under the National Pension Program with pregnancies during the effective period. If the insured person undergoes childbirth or premature birth due to the same pregnancy within 1 year of surrendering from the National Pension Program, she may claim maternity benefits in accordance with regulations if she has not claimed any other childbirth benefits from social insurance.

The payment amount based on the monthly insurance premium of the insured person at the time of childbirth or premature birth, will be paid in a lump sum equivalent to 2 months of maternity benefits; the amount is increased proportionately for childbirth or premature birth of plural or more newborns.

📣Reminder: There is a deadline to claim maternity benefits. The insured person shall submit an application within 5 years since the next day of her childbirth or premature birth !
