勞工於請領退休金前死亡，應於勞工死亡之翌日起10年內申請

依照勞工退休金條例及相關函釋規定，勞工於請領退休金前死亡，其遺屬或遺囑指定請領人，應於勞工死亡之翌日起10年內申請死亡勞工之退休金，逾期將喪失請求權。

In accordance with the Labor Pension Act and relevant interpretations, if a worker is deceased before claiming pension, their survivors or designated persons from their will must apply for the deceased worker’s pension within 10 years from the day after the employee’s death; failure to do so will result in in the right of claim to be lost.
